This area conducts EDF's purchases related to the tertiary sector, training, property, consulting, communication, R&D and legal affairs. These purchases are performed in EDF purchasing agencies.
Purchasing in this area is increasingly dealt with at the international level of the EDF group (temporary work, travel, etc.).
