Become a supplier

To become an EDF supplier you must meet the general conditions of our quality and sustainable development policy, as well as our ethical charter. Additionally, you must meet the requirements of the qualification procedure. Suppliers must :

• Demonstrate that they have a sufficient and effective organisational structure enabling them to guarantee deadlines and ongoing quality control.
• Have the necessary human resources, technical abilities and technologies to meet the requirements laid out.
• Present a healthy financial position.
• Be in compliance with fiscal (payment of company tax, VAT, declaration of income) and social obligations (settlement of URSAFF contributions for France) in the country where they are established and produce the required certifications.
• Adhere to obligations regarding the provisions of safety and working conditions applicable in the location where the work or services are to be performed.
• Adhere to subcontracting regulations.
• Be involved in a sustainable development approach.
  

The qualification process enables us to identify a supplier's ability to respond to an EDF invitation to tender in accordance with a defined procedure and cost.
